New Build in Cavan

This project was recently completed , a new build built in a Georgian fashion with double height entrance hall.

While designing the interiors, proportions became a design element thus evolved the double flare feature staircase.

The clients requested traditional materials so we commissioned a mix of walnut and wrought iron.

Raised panelling was commissioned for the  hall ,with 10 inch shirting And 12 inch architrave .

The architraves were commissioned to include corner blocks and base blocks to add another layer to the proportions .

Walls were painted in Colortrend Goya to keep with the natural elements of nature.

While envisioning a feature for the dining room.  I had a vision of the dropped bulk head in a stunning curve shape . The clients have ordered a curved table .which will accentuate this feature .

Regarding the bathroom and en suites , the client spec was to keep it traditional in style , thus most of the Sanitaryware is from the Burlington range, the high rise cistern typical of this look, the wrought iron sink a great continuation of material from staircase , the use of black and white checkered tile effect is very effective with the mounded panels.
